PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient assistance using a motor in a power-assisted bicycle by setting an assist amount on the basis of fatigue information actually measured while estimating the degree of fatigue felt by a rider.SOLUTION: A power-assisted bicycle includes: a pedaling force sensor 2 for detecting a pedaling force applied on pedals; an assist amount control unit 10 having assist amount correction means to estimate fatigue of a rider body and determining an assist power according to the output of the pedaling force sensor 2; and a motor 5 generating the assist power to assist driving power. The power-assisted bicycle further includes a bicycle speed sensor 1 for detecting the speed of the bicycle. The assist amount control unit 10 includes: a basic assist amount setting section 11 for calculating and setting a basic assist amount from the pedaling force and the bicycle speed; a fatigue degree estimation section 12 for estimating a fatigue degree of a rider to correctively increase or decrease the basic assist amount; and travel history learning means 13 for learning a travel history of the rider. The fatigue degree estimation section 12 calculates an increasing or decreasing assist amount on the basis of the travel history learning means 13.
