The present invention relates to a temperature information providing method using a smartphone, and more particularly to a temperature information providing method using a smartphone which can measure the temperature of a target subject without touching the subject and provide the temperature information corresponding to the target subject. In the present invention, the temperature measurement can be done safely and quickly since the temperature of the target subject is measured via a sensor unit without requiring any contact, and in particular, the appropriateness of the temperature measurement can be instantly checked since the measurement data and reference data respectively set according to classification of the target subject are compared, and the determination data according to the comparison is displayed.
