Disclosed is a cultivating system of aquatic biomass using an independent power generator. The present invention relates to a system which comprises one or more wave power generator and one or more cultivating apparatus combined to the wave power generator by a combining rod, to enable a continuous conversion of electric energy by the oil compression wave generator using wave energy continuously generated in water of the marine environment, to produce aquatic biomass microalgae by combining a microalgae mass culture tank with the wave power generator.
