The present invention relates to a temperature sensor assembly device for a large catalyst converter system and, more specifically, to a temperature sensor assembly device for a large catalyst converter system having a new structure capable of easily measuring the internal temperature of a large carrier applied to a large catalyst converter system of a commercial vehicle. The present invention uses a sensor tip having a length reached to the center part of the large carrier and comprises: a connector extended from a boss part of the converter in which a sensor body is inserted; and a lead guide formed on the outer surface of the top of the sensor tip. Thus, the present invention can thread-couple the outer surface of the lead guide and the inner surface of the connector to each other when the sensor tip is inserted in the boss part. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain the length of the sensor tip of the temperature sensor reached to the center part of the large carrier, and can prevent cracks by protecting the sensor tip influenced by vibration with the connector and the lead guide.
