PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort pouch which is not blotted at a zipper before opened but can be quickly filled with contents and which has no content leaked.SOLUTION: A zipper 15 for refilling a cooking liquid Q is fixed by a heat seal on the inner sides of the upper portions of side surface films 11A and 11B, and an easy peel portion 14 for further sealing the cooking liquid Q and preventing the cooking liquid Q from adhering to the zipper 15 is disposed continuously to the zipper 15. The cooking liquid Q is charged with the zipper 15 being opened, and the easy peel portion 14 is then heat-sealed.
