PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical multi-layer container having excellent oxygen barrier properties and excellent long-term preservability of drug solutions.SOLUTION: A medical multi-layer container has a multi-layer structure including an innermost layer and an outermost layer composed of a layer (B) based on an amorphous polyester resin (b) and an intermediate layer composed of at least one layer consisting of a layer (A) containing a polyamide resin (a). The polyamide resin (a) contains 25-50 mol% of diamine units in which totally 50 mol% or more is one or more diamine units selected from the group consisting of aromatic diamine units, alicyclic diamine units and linear aliphatic diamine units, 25-50 mol% of dicarboxylic acid units in which totally 50 mol% or more is linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid units and/or aromatic dicarboxylic acid units and 0.1-50 mol% of α-amino acid units.
