PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advance installation operation of a vertical pipe efficiently and safely and to easily perform centering work and alignment work of the vertical pipe even if a space between the inner peripheral surface of a manhole and the outer peripheral surface of the vertical pipe is narrow.SOLUTION: A guide extending along the vertical direction of a manhole 41 is installed on an inner wall of the manhole 41, and a plurality of annular fixtures are mounted on outer peripheral surfaces of vertical pipe members 2. Each of the annular fixtures includes a centering tool 8 for specifying a relative position between the vertical pipe member 2 and the manhole 41. The centering tool 8 is provided with a space part and a slide part. The annular fixture may further include a support 6 for fixing the vertical pipe 2 to the manhole 41 and a suspending and receiving tool 7 to which a suspension wire is connected. Then, the vertical pipe member 2 is suspended down into the manhole 41 along the guide, and centering work and alignment work of the vertical pipe member 2 are performed, while the vertical pipe member 2 is suspended and lowered. |
