PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilization method of fiber-based biomass raw material, which has high solubilization ratio using fiber-based biomass as raw material; and a saccharification method of fiber-based biomass raw material using the method.SOLUTION: After fluffing of the surface of cellulose fiber in fiber-based biomass raw material (a pretreatment step), the pressure and temperature are controlled under presence of water, so that water soluble saccharides are made from the cellulose fiber (a heating and pulverization step). In the pretreatment step, for example, the fiber-based biomass raw material is soaked with water (a moisture imparting step S1) and then frozen (a freezing step S2) before execution of a pulverization step S3. |
