摘要 Provided is a diaphragm made of cross-linked ethylene propylene diene rubber which is not easily breakable and is exceptionally durable. When a photovoltaic module is produced by laminating a photovoltaic cell (5) with ethylene vinyl acetate resin sheets (7), a diaphragm (2) made of cross-linked ethylene propylene diene rubber is used under pressing conditions in which the ethylene vinyl acetate resin sheets are cross-linked by hot pressing using a vacuum press device (1), the cross-linked rubber composition being ethylene propylene diene rubber alone, specifically, ethylene propylene diene rubber polymerized using a single-site catalyst, or being ethylene propylene diene rubber blended with butyl rubber with less than 75 parts by mass of butyl rubber with respect to the total amount of 100 parts by mass of ethylene propylene diene rubber and butyl rubber.
