PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate conveyance member equipped with an adhesive layer excellent in scratch resistance and adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A substrate conveyance member includes an adhesive layer in contact with a substrate which is a conveyed matter and a substrate layer fixing the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is a layer obtained by applying a dry firing treatment to a mixture containing at least a silicone resin and a carbon black to mold them into a sheet shape, and the content of the carbon black in the adhesive layer is 0.1 to 20 mass% based on the total amount of the adhesive layer.
