PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed green tea drink which imparts the deep flavor passing through the nasal cavity when cooled for drinking and, in particular, even when the liquid temperature increases to a lukewarm state with time elapse after cap-opening.SOLUTION: In manufacturing of the packed green tea drink, the concentration ratio of settleable suspended solids (SSS) to suspended solids (SS), i.e. (SSS/SS), is adjusted to 0.07 to 0.48, and the concentration ratio of sucrose to the total of monosaccharide and disaccharide, i.e.(sucrose/saccharides), is adjusted to 0.63 to 0.90. |
