FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method for tension adaptation rating in the patients suffering an urgent surgical abdominal pathology characterised by measuring lymphocyte count; absolute CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD20+, CD25+, CD38+, CD95+ lymphocyte count; absolute CD16+ neutrophil count; immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM content; patient's blood neutrophage and circulating immune complex count; multiple regression formulas are used to calculate fifteen main components determining the immunological status values; that is followed by calculating an individual tension adaptation - Sas an a mean square deviation in pairs between the main components making 105 pairs by formula:wherein MC, MCare the main components: MC-1-MC-15; and if the values S<1.0, the tension adaptation is rated as critical, leading to a breakdown of the adaptation mechanisms.EFFECT: higher rating accuracy.1 dwg, 8 tbl |
