摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to laboratory diagnostic techniques for a negative impact of formaldehyde on the conjugation and elimination dysfunction of the glutathione system in children living on the territory with the high content of this compound in the atmospheric air. The technique implies as follows: blood is sampled from the children to determine whole blood formaldehyde and to determine a serum activity of the following laboratory parameters: glutathione peroxidase, glutathione-S-transferase and glucoso-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. The blood formaldehyde value and the above laboratory values are correlated. If the following certain dependences are simultaneously provided: high formaldehyde - low glutathione peroxidase, glucoso-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activities and high glutathione-S-transferase activity, the negative impact of formaldehyde on the conjugation and elimination dysfunction of the glutathione system of a child's body.EFFECT: enabled early prediction of the conjugation and elimination dysfunction of the glutathione system.1 tbl, 1 ex
