The present invention relates to a solenoid device. In particular, the solenoid device includes a housing having a cylindrical shape and provided at a top surface thereof with an opening in which a frame is installed; a hollow bobbin installed in the housing; a coil for generating a magnetic field when voltage is applied; a plunger moving up and down corresponding to the direction and the intensity of the magnetic field generated depending on the voltage applied to the coil; a first damper fitted around a perturbation rod of the plunger; a second damper fitted around a shaft fixedly installed at the bottom surface of the plunger; and a spring allowing the plunger to return to the original place thereof when the magnetic field is decayed. The first damper is fixedly installed between a damper receiving groove formed in the frame of the housing and the top surface of a ring-shape protrusion protruding from the top surface of the bobbin. The second damper is press-fitted around the shaft so that the second damper is compressed corresponding to the elasticity of the spring between a bottom surface of the plunger, which is flatly molded, and an inside of an upper end of the spring. Therefore, the operating performance of the solenoid device and the reliability of a product can be significantly improved, and the plunger can be prevented from being damaged, so that the lifespan of a solenoid can be considerably extended, and the plunger can be easily machined, so the production cost of the product can be remarkably reduced. |
