A method for removing errors from a self failure diagnosis signal of a transmitter is disclosed. The present invention relates to a method for removing errors from a self failure diagnosis signal of a transmitter that has a self failure diagnosis circuit and outputs a pulse RF signal. The method comprises coupling, in the self failure diagnosis circuit, a pulse RF signal output from the transmitter to generate a coupled pulse RF signal; sensing the coupled RF signal to output a pulse-type sensing signal; receiving the sensing signal and a switch control signal output from a controller of the transmitter, wherein the switch control signal has the same repeating period as the pulse RF signal, and extending the received sensing signal and switch control signal up to their respective predetermined maximum pulse repeating periods to output an extended sensing signal and an extended switch control signal; and transmitting the extended sensing signal as a BIT signal indicating whether the transmitter is broken in response to the extended switch control signal.
