Two half-base plates are functionally assembled according to a junction surface i.e. longitudinal plane. An upper housing is opened on top of the body for receiving a lower end of the post, where the upper housing is established to allow installation of the post in two alternative positions i.e. vertical and tilted positions.</p> |
