One embodiment of the present invention provides a multilayer ceramic electronic component which includes: a ceramic body which includes a first main surface and a second main surface which face each other, a first cross section and a second cross section which face each other, and a dielectric layer; internal electrodes which face each other by interposing the dielectric layer; and an external electrode which is electrically connected to the internal electrode. The external electrode includes: a first external electrode which covers the surfaces of the first and second cross sections of the ceramic body and is partially formed with Ni on the first and second main surfaces; and a second external electrode which is formed with Cu on the outer side of the first external electrode. |
