The present invention relates to a system for sterilizing circulating water and preventing scale deposition and corrosion on a pipe and, more specifically, to a system for sterilizing circulating water and preventing scale deposition and corrosion on a pipe by discharging a part of circulating water in a main circulation line into a branch pipe and using a silver-copper ionization device and a magnetically conducting titanium treatment device installed on the branch pipe. The system for sterilizing circulating water and preventing scale deposition and corrosion on a pipe comprises: a main circulation pump connected by a main circulation pipe to circulate the circulating water; a branch pipe having one end connected to an output terminal of the main circulation pump to branch the circulating water by a differential pressure; a sterilizing and corrosion-preventing device for sterilizing the circulating water discharged by the branch pipe at an entrance side (or an exit side) using silver-copper ions and conducting treatment for preventing corrosion on a pipe at an exit side (or an entrance side); and a return pipe having one end connected to the sterilizing and corrosion-preventing device and having the other end connected to the main circulation pipe at the input terminal of the main circulation pump.
