According to the invention, the first (7a) or second (7b) attachment portion is retained inside the cavity (9, 9a, 9b) by hidden retaining means which are elastically deformable and tensioned, or which are inserted together with the first (7a) or second (7b) attachment portion so as to tension the decorative element (5, 5a, 5b).</p> |
