The present invention relates to citron grain syrup and a method for producing same and, more particularly, to citron grain syrup that is completed by cooking hard-boiled rice with rice, mixing the hard-boiled rice with malt, saccharifying the hard-boiled rice, heating and concentrating filtrate which is obtained by separating only liquid through the removal of dregs from the saccharified mixture, and adding crude citron liquid during the concentration, and a method for producing same. The present invention provides citron grain syrup that allows the fragrance unique to citron to be felt and is produced into citron grain syrup to remove the intake of artificial sugar, and a method for producing same. Since the citron grain syrup is produced by adding the crude citron liquid, active ingredients of citron can be taken in together, and the taste and the fragrance of the citron grain syrup can be preferred by people of all genders and ages.
