PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material capable of reducing stringiness in opening without lowering easiness in opening.SOLUTION: A lid material used for a container having a seal part formed of a polyethylene resin comprises: a base material 1; and a sealant layer 7. The sealant layer 7 has a laminate structure formed by laminating a first thermoplastic resin layer 8 having adhesive strength for the base material and a second thermoplastic resin layer 11 having adhesive strength for the seal part formed of the polyethylene resin, and the first thermoplastic resin layer 8 and second thermoplastic resin layer 11 have thicknesses such that the thickness of the first thermoplastic resin layer 8 is less than or equal to the thickness of the second thermoplastic resin layer 11. The second thermoplastic resin layer 11 has a dispersion structure formed by dispersing a second thermoplastic resin 10 incompatible or partially incompatible with a first thermoplastic resin 9 in the first thermoplastic resin 9 so that 1.5≤l/s≤10, where l/s is the ratio of a domain short diameter "s" of the second thermoplastic resin 11 to a domain long length "l". |
