PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure comfort in an indoor space (200) even in operation conditions where humidity control over outdoor air through a humidity controller is not necessary.SOLUTION: A humidity controller (10) dehumidifies or humidifies outdoor air to be supplied into a room by using adsorption heat exchangers (51, 52) connected to a refrigerant circuit. Further, the humidity controller (10) performs a sensible heat treatment operation in which one of the adsorption heat exchangers (51, 52) operates always as a condenser and the other operates always as an evaporator, and a simple ventilation operation in which the outdoor air is supplied into the room while a compressor of the refrigerant circuit is stopped. In the sensible heat treatment operation, the outdoor air supplied into the room is cooled by the adsorption heat exchanger (51, 52) as the evaporator or heated by the adsorption heat exchanger (51, 52) as the condenser. A controller of the humidity controller (10) selects one of the sensible heat treatment operation and simple ventilation operation according to the temperature of the outdoor air. |
