PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest which has a property of an attenuation action for vibration of two resonance frequencies with a simple structure, and a vehicular seat with the same.SOLUTION: A mass body 34 is supported by a first urethane 30 which is a part of a headrest pad 20 and elastically deformable inside a headrest skin of a vehicular seat 10 to constitute a dynamic damper 28 comprising the first urethane 30 and the mass body 34. The mass body 34 is configured to have the center of gravity 34G offsetting the elastic center 30C of the first urethane 30 in a sheet width direction. |
