PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-casting die and a die-casting method capable of extending the life of a fixed die and a movable die, and manufacturing high quality die cast products.SOLUTION: A die-casting die 1 includes: a fixed mold 10 composed of a fixed holder 11 and a fixed die 12; and a movable mold 20 composed of a movable holder 21 and a movable die 22. A sleeve 30 is fitted into the fixed mold 10, and a flow splitter 40 is fitted into the movable mold 20. A fixed side sticking plate 50 is fitted into the fixed mold 10, and a movable side sticking plate 51 is fitted into the movable mold 20. In the fixed die 12, a groove part 12A for fitting of the sleeve, to fit the sleeve 30 has the same shape as a shape of a groove part 12B for fitting of the fixed side sticking plate, to fit the fixed side sticking plate 50. In the movable die 22, a groove part 22A for fitting of the flow splitter, to fit the flow splitter 40 has the same shape as a shape of a groove part 22B for fitting of the movable side sticking plate, to fit the movable side sticking plate 51. |
