PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper discharging device capable of preventing reduction of the durability of all roller pairs for conveying a printed matter while reducing staining of the printed matter.SOLUTION: A paper discharging device 1 includes a paper discharging base on which sheets are stacked, a paper discharging part 2 which has a plurality of roller pairs arranged along a conveyance path having a face-up paper discharging path and a face-down paper discharging path and which conveys a sheet while nipping the sheet by the roller pair to discharge it to the paper discharging base, and a control unit 9 for controlling the paper discharging part 2 so that a two-side printed sheet passes on the face-up paper discharging path and a one-side printed sheet passes on the face-down paper discharging path. In the plurality of roller pairs of the paper discharging part 2, rollers contacted by the printed surface of the sheet are a roller pair unevenness treated on surface, and at least some of the roller pairs arranged along the face-down paper discharging path are roller pairs where only a roller contacted with the printed surface of the one-side printed sheet is subjected to surface unevenness treatment. |
