MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR ALLERGEN PERFORMANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring anti-allergen performance of a tested product with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A measurement method for anti-allergen performance sequentially executes the steps of: (1) feeding a measured surface of a tested product with a test liquid containing an allergen; (2) covering the measured surface of the tested product onto which the test liquid is fed with a covering member having the same surface composition as that of the measured surface, to hold the test liquid between the covering member and the measured surface and to keep the state for a predetermined time; and (3) collecting the test liquid after the previous steps to measure antigenicity of the allergen in the test liquid. Thus, anti-allergen performance of the tested product can be measured with high accuracy.
