PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for controlling apparatuses in multiple areas together, a control method, a program, and a control system.SOLUTION: The control device includes: an input unit in which observation information on each of multiple areas is input; a determination unit for, on the basis of a relationship between observation information on respective areas, determining control for the respective areas; and an output unit for outputting a control signal to apparatuses placed on the respective areas according to a determination result of the determination unit. |
