PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal, a voice control program and a voice control method which are novel, capable of appropriately controlling mute and used especially for e.g., an Internet speech.SOLUTION: A mobile phone 10 comprises a processor 12 and starts voice control processing in accordance with an instruction of the processor when a user instructs execution of an Internet speech program. When making an Internet speech among three or more persons, the processor detects distances to other terminals. When it is detected that the other terminals are positioned near the mobile phone 10 by detecting the distances, in the case where microphone mute is set in the other terminals, a microphone 20 is automatically muted. After the microphone is automatically muted, when the number of participants is decreased to two or the other terminals in which the microphone mute is set are not present near the mobile phone 10, muting of the microphone is automatically canceled. |
