PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically understand the written content of QI (Quality Information), and to diagnose the presence/absence of occurrence of the failure of a product.SOLUTION: A quality management device 1 includes: diagnostic file creation means 12 for creating a diagnostic file showing the occurrence conditions of the failure of a product 3 on the basis of corrected failure information; diagnostic program storage means 13 for diagnosing the presence/absence of occurrence of the failure of the product 3 by using the diagnostic file, and for storing a diagnostic program for creating a diagnostic result report; and quality information creation means 14 for attaching the diagnostic file and the diagnostic program to QI. A failure diagnosis device 2 includes: quality information acquisition means 21 for acquiring the QI; failure diagnosis means 22 for allowing the diagnostic program of the QI to compare the corresponding diagnostic file with setting on the product 3, and to diagnose the presence/absence of occurrence of the failure of the product 3; diagnostic result report creation means 23 for allowing the diagnostic program to create a diagnostic result report on the basis of the diagnostic result; and diagnostic result report notification means 24 for notifying the outside of the diagnostic result report. |
