PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that suppresses the degree of an adverse effect generated by displacement of a detection axis of an angular velocity sensor to another axis to the minimum, so as to obtain a good image shake correction effect.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes: a shake detection unit that detects shake around two axes perpendicular to a photographic optical axis; a tilt correction amount calculation unit that calculates a tilt correction amount for correcting a tilt component, of image deformation generated in a photographed image due to shake, on the basis of the shake; an image shake correction unit that corrects image shake including the tilt component by performing geometric conversion processing to the photographed image; and a control unit that limits, on the basis of information on the shake around one of the two axes, the tilt correction amount calculated using information on the shake around the other axis. |
