摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactivity analysis device that includes a system capable of automatically analyzing a radioactive nuclide contained in a measurement sample in a short time and has both high detection efficiency and high analysis accuracy of radiation.SOLUTION: The radioactivity analysis device 100 includes a radiation detector 10 (60) for detecting the radiation to be measured emitted from a measurement sample 1 and a radiation analysis section 20 for analyzing the radiation to be measured on the basis of an output from a detector 2. The analysis section 20 includes: pulse height analyzing means 22 for extracting pulse height distribution from an output from the detector 10; response function calculating means 23 for calculating a response function of the detector 10 for each radioactive nuclide contained in the sample 1; and inverse problem operating means 25 that applies an inverse problem operation to the pulse height distribution using the response function for each nuclide and determines the radioactive intensity for each nuclide. When cascade γ rays enter the detector 10, the response function calculating means 23 calculates a response function corresponding to an energy addition effect.
