A power transmission device having a shift device in a case; and a pump sucking and discharges oil, including: a gear receiving power from the shift device; a gear shaft with a breather chamber having at least one end side in an axial direction being opened, and attached to the gear; a bearing supporting the gear shaft rotatably relative to the case on the breather chamber one end side; a vent pipe communicating with the breather chamber opening and outside of the case; a passage in the case with an outlet port opening to the case inside, and allowing pump leakage oil to flow from the outlet port; a member receiving flowing from the outlet port of the passage; a passage guiding the leakage oil from the receiving member to the bearing; and a portion suppressing entry of oil thrown up with rotation of the gear into the receiving member. |
