The probe (10) has a terrestrial heat pipe i.e. corrugated pipe, brought into soil for receiving carbon dioxide (CO2) containing heat carrier e.g. ternary mixture, which is condensable in a cooling zone by using vaporizable terrestrial heat. The condensate flows out as a film on walls of the heat pipe and against counter current steam. The heat carrier comprises a proportion of paraffin and/or olefin. The mixture comprises propane, propylene and/or ethylene. Length of the heat pipe is greater than 400 m. The heat pipe is received in a soil hole.
