PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator in which a stator is fixed to a housing having a first bracket including a bearing part for pivotally supporting one end of a rotation axis and a second bracket covering a cooling fan which rotates together with the rotation axis, and a rotor surrounded by the stator is fixed to the rotation axis, the power generator that can reduce cost by eliminating a long through bolt in connecting the first and second brackets and can improve cooling efficiency of a stator by having cooling air circulated along an outer periphery of the stator.SOLUTION: A stator 25 is fixed to a first bracket 22, a cylindrical part 22b surrounding the stator 25 is integrally formed with the first bracket 22 so as to circulate cooling air to be vacuumed by a cooling fan 29 between an outer periphery of the stator 25, and the second bracket 23 is connected to the cylindrical part 22b. |
