摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low consumption power device that is able to reduce consumption power in a period that accepts a pulse signal.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 11 operates in regular mode or in low consumption power mode less in consumption power than the regular mode. A timer 19 measures a set time. An arithmetic logic part 18 accepts a pulse signal 21 from a light receiving part 15. In the case where the microcomputer 11 operates in the regular mode, the arithmetic logical part 18 detects the level of a pulse signal 21, and determines whether the detected level has changed or not. When a determination is made that the level has changed, the arithmetic logical part 18 sets a timer 19 for a predetermined time. When the timer 19 is set for the predetermined time, the arithmetic logical part 18 causes the microcomputer 11 to shift to the low consumption power mode. The timer has measured the predetermined time, which causes the microcomputer 11 to shift to a regular mode.
