摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and a method of producing the same, capable of suppressing the peel-off at an interface between an electrode and an organic layer when a semiconductor circuit element and a light-emitting element are separated from a substrate at a separation layer.SOLUTION: In a method of producing a light-emitting device, a separation layer is formed on a first substrate 221. A semiconductor circuit element layer and a first electrode are formed on the separation layer. A barrier 275 overlapped with an end part of the first electrode is formed. Organic layers are formed on the first electrode. The organic layers are arranged in a line so that the organic layers emitting light of the same color are adjacent to each other, and a direction that those regions 122R, 122G, and 122B are extended is used as a first direction 126. A second electrode 113 abutting on the barrier and formed by using a material having a good adhesion property with the barrier is formed on the organic layers. In a step of separating a lamination structure including the semiconductor circuit element layer, the first electrode, the barrier, the organic layers, and the second electrode from the substrate via the separation layer, a direction for separating the lamination structure from the substrate is a second direction 125 vertical to the first direction.
