PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discoloration-preventing composition and a cosmetic capable of suppressing discoloration due to ultraviolet or light rays, regardless of using a perfume and of using an acidic coloring matter as a coloring matter.SOLUTION: The discoloration-preventing composition according to the present invention includes a perfume, an ultraviolet absorber, lactic acid and an acidic coloring matter. The cosmetic according to the present invention comprises a container and a cosmetic material filled in the container. The cosmetic material contains the discoloration-preventing composition. |
