PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brown rice processed food composition having high palatability.SOLUTION: The brown rice processed food formed by packing a composition which contains 35 to 45 mass% of brown rice mixture including brown rice and pressed barley mixed with a mass ratio (in dry state) of 7:3 to 5:5 and 55 to 65 mass% of water in a retort container having a mechanism for automatic vapor escape when the pressure in a pouch reaches one atmospheric pressure or higher. |
