PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which can surely prevent unauthorized use by a third party and can improve security in an authentication system which authenticates a user who receives a prescribed service.SOLUTION: A ticketing device 10 generates an information code C where encrypted data obtained by encrypting recording data with an encryption key comprising data including biometric authentication information is recorded in a non-disclosed area Cb, and records the information code C in a ticket T to issue the ticket. An authentication device 50 acquires biometric authentication information of an authentication object person and generates a decryption key on the basis of the biometric authentication information and performs prescribed permission determination on condition that the non-disclosed area Cb of the information code C has been decoded. Thereby, only a user having the biometric authentication information recorded in the ticket T can receive a prescribed service and high security is secured. |
