PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently linking terms included in image data.SOLUTION: In a configuration of an image processor 1, a scanner part 16 reads information as image data. A character recognition part 28 recognizes characters included in the image data. A grouping part 30 groups individual recognized character in each character string on the basis of character information. A character extraction part 32 extracts a character string to be an object of linkage on the basis of the importance of the grouped character string. A character search part 34 searches character strings having a common character style in image data with recognized characters among the extracted character strings. Then, a link setting part 36 mutually links the searched character strings having a common character style on he basis of the importance.
