[Problem] To provide a bagged electrode in which separators having a heat-resistant layer provided on at least one surface of a resin layer are easily joined together to facilitate manufacturing; a layered electrical device; and a method for manufacturing a bagged electrode. [Solution] A bagged electrode (50) has two separators (30) in which heat-resistant layers (32) are provided on one surface of resin layers (31), and also has a positive electrode (10) interposed between the two separators (30). The bagged electrode (50) further has portions (33) that are devoid of heat-resistant layers and are arranged outside of the positive electrode, as seen in a plan view, on the side of the surfaces on which the heat-resistant layers of the two separators are provided, the thickness of the heat-resistant layers in the portions (33) devoid of heat-resistant layers being zero or less than the thickness in the areas on both sides of the positive electrode. A joining part (34) for joining the separators together is provided to the portions devoid of heat-resistant layers.
