The arrangement (1) has cover plates (2, 3), and an intermediate plate (4) arranged between the cover plates. Channels (16) run between the cover plates for conducting fluid medium, where one of the cover plates has a contact surface (11) on an outer side for connecting the cover plate with an outer surface of an energy storage in a heat-conducting manner. The intermediate plate has slots (9) that comprise laterally limiting intermediate rods (15). The rods abut at the respective cover plates such that the slots are covered by the cover plates, where the channels are formed by the slots.
