<p>While a user carrying a portable terminal (30) is riding in a vehicle (VC), a vehicle-mounted device (20) and the portable terminal (30) can communicate with each other via short-distance radio communication, and therefore the portable terminal (30) stands by, and only positional information positioned by the vehicle-mounted device (20) is transmitted to a server (10). After the user gets off the vehicle (VC), the radio communication between the vehicle-mounted device (20) and the portable terminal (30) is interrupted, and therefore, the portable terminal (30) starts positioning and the like, and only positional information positioned by the portable terminal (30) is transmitted to the server (10). The server (10) stores the positional information transmitted from the vehicle-mounted device (20) or the portable terminal (30). The server (10) then generates an inquiry image formed by superimposing a figure indicating the movement trajectory of the user on a map on the basis of the stored positional information, and transmits the inquiry image to the vehicle-mounted device (20).</p> |
