<p>Disclosed is a fryer using air circulation to fry food more quickly. The fryer comprises: a housing (1), a side bracket (11) mounted in the housing, a bottom cover (12), an outer air hood (2), an inner air hood (3), an electric heating pipe (4), an air vane set (5), an electrical motor set (6), an air guiding vane (7), an air outlet mesh (8) and a fry pot assembly (9) capable of being pulled out of or pushed into the side bracket (11). The outer air hood (2), the inner air hood (3) and the fry pot assembly (9) mutually cooperate to form an air channel rotating the air guiding vane (7) thus changing the air path such that the flow velocity of circulating hot air is increased for frying food. The fryer can save on frying time and cost, improve the quality of fried food, and is convenient and safe to use.</p> |
