PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal, radio terminal transmission control method, and transmission control program that can identify whether communication that has occurred is communication intended by a user or communication independent of intention of the user, and select an appropriate modulation scheme.SOLUTION: A sight line detection processing unit 4 detects whether the sight line of a user is in the inside of a display 10 or not. A transmission control unit 5 lowers the level of a modulation scheme of a transmission signal from a first level to a second level with slower transmission speed than the first level if the sight line of the user is not in the inside of a display 10 and a data transmission amount is equal to or less than a prescribed value. |
