PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform sealing by a sealing plug.SOLUTION: A sealing plug 22 is formed including a shaft part 23 and a flange part 24 which extends from the shaft part 23 in a direction that intersects with a shaft core of the shaft part 23. In the sealing plug 22, the flange part 24 is formed so that an extending side end part is positioned closer to the tip side of the shaft part 23 than a portion at the shaft part 23 side on a surface at the shaft part 23 tip side. This structure maintains the state that the extending side end part of the flange part 24 contacts with a welded counterpart side surface in a given range. A liquid injection hole of a power storage device is sealed by the sealing plug.
