PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device capable of accurately holding a contact angle between a paper feeding belt and a nip part of a separation roller during separation paper feeding and always obtaining good separation pressure, and an image forming device.SOLUTION: A sheet conveyance device has an adjustment mechanism 60 for variably adjusting sheet separation performance by changing a contact state between a paper feeding belt 95 of a separated sheet feeding mechanism 9 and a separation roller. The adjustment mechanism 60 includes a rotary cam member 61, and a paper feeding belt holder bracket 92 for changing the relative positions of the paper feeding belt 95 and the separation roller according to the rotational angle position of the cam member 61. The cam member 61 includes a first cam surface 61a and a second cam surface 61b separated in a rotational radius direction. The paper feeding belt holder bracket 92 includes a projection pin 92e guided from both sides in the rotational radius direction to a lifting position according to the rotational angle position of the cam member 61 by the first cam surface 61a and the second cam surface 61b. |
