摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an adhesion amount of ink to a nozzle opening surface of a head.SOLUTION: A printing device includes: a head including a plurality of nozzles for discharging ink which contains a thermoplastic resin particle and has viscosity at 50°C of 2.1 mPa s or higher, toward an ink non-absorbable medium, and drive elements provided for each of nozzles; a heating unit for heating the medium; and a control unit for driving a drive element by applying a drive waveform and discharging an ink droplet from the nozzle corresponding to the drive element. The printing device is characterized in that a first ink droplet is discharged by application of the drive waveform to the drive element, and a discharge speed of a slower ink droplet of a second ink droplet and a third ink droplet which are discharged accompanied with the first ink droplet, is 4.0 m/s or higher.
