PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take an appropriate action if quality degradation in an uplink at a cell #10 is detected even if, in "inter-site CA," operation is performed such that a C-plane signal is communicated at a cell #1 subordinate to a radio base station eNB #1 via an SRB and a U-plane signal is communicated at the cell #10 subordinate to a radio base station eNB #10 via a DRB.SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system according to the invention, a radio base station eNB #10 is configured to give prescribed notice to a radio base station eNB #1 if it detected quality degradation in an uplink between it and a mobile station UE. |
