PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scale-out type cluster system in which a device relating to a claim such as a malfunction is speedily specified.SOLUTION: In a cluster system 100, a distribution determination unit 21 of a distribution device 20 sends constitution change information of a signal processing device 30 to a history retrieval device 40 when setting of the signal processing device 30 is changed. In addition, a new signal determination unit 22 identifies a new message within the same session and sends a log of the new message to the history retrieval device 40. A retrieval unit 41 of the history retrieval device 40 stores the log received from the distribution device 20 in log information 42, and stores the constitution change information in distribution destination history information 43. The history retrieval device 40 refers to the log information 42 and the distribution destination history information 43 and specifies a signal processing device 30 that has a possibility of relating to a claim from a user. |
